June was a very good months for Bel Esprit's progeny. Fourteen wins and last week Bel had his 100th winner in the short time the progeny have been racing.
As mentioned a couple of weeks ago, he is now chasing the 200th win before the end of the 2008-09 season and today Beau Desert brought up the 193rd.Another Bel, Bellatheball started favourite in the race, but didn't handle the heavy track while having his sixth start, Beau Desert went to the front as he usually does and upon entering the straight , he put a 
gap on the rest of the field and held it till the post.
